We’re sure you have questions about ShipN'Go so we’ve put together
some a list of the most frequently asked questions about us.

We have shipments twice per week: Mondays and Fridays for standard shipping and five times per week for express. Packages are ready for pickup the day after the shipment arrives.

We offer very affordable rates for both individuals as well as businesses. Our rate sheet can be found in our rates tab.

After your packages are updated to our system, packages usually take 2-5 days to arrive in Jamaica.

Reasons for packages to be detained include:

  • No invoice provided before package status change at Local Port.
  • Incomplete invoice.
  • Invoices that are tampered with.

Failure to submit an invoice on time before package status change to at Local Port will lead to the package being detained at Jamaica Customs. Once a package is detained, there will be a re-clearance fee of $700 JMD per package.

When a package has been delivered at the warehouse, it takes up to 24 to 48 hours to be updated in the system. If 48 hours have passed and you haven’t received an update, please contact us ASAP.

Packages entering the country must declare to Jamaica Customs. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays for your package.

All packages valued under $100 USD will not attract customs charges, but once your packages exceed $100 USD, they will attract customs duty.

Once you receive notice for pickup or delivery, customers have up to 7 days to collect the package. Conditions apply.

Yes, definitely! You can just provide them with your delivery address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.
